Shipping Policy

Where do you ship?

Pantchain ships within the United States only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Returns Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Items returned outside of these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Restocking Fees

Pantchain does not charge any restocking fees.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item received is defective

  • The item received is incorrect

In such cases, Pantchain will provide further instructions.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
