Conditions of Sale – Pantchain

1. General
These Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products offered on pantchain.com by Hyperscale e-commerce LLC (hereinafter "the Company"). By placing an order on this Site, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these conditions without reservation.

2. Products
The products offered for sale are designed and selected by Hyperscale e-commerce LLC. Each product is described as accurately as possible. Product photographs and illustrations are provided for illustrative purposes and may not perfectly reflect the exact appearance of the final product due to screen display variations or minor design evolutions.

3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. No additional taxes will be applied at checkout. The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Order Process
The order process includes the following steps: product selection and addition to cart, cart confirmation, customer identification or account creation, selection of delivery method, selection of payment method, and order confirmation with acceptance of these Conditions of Sale. Confirmation of the order implies full acceptance of these Conditions of Sale.

5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order placement. Payments are processed by credit card via a secure system. The Company does not retain any payment data.

6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. Handling time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time is 5:00 PM MT (Mountain Time).
Estimated transit times are as follows: United States, 4 to 7 business days, free shipping. International (all other countries), 4 to 7 business days, free shipping.
These timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing. In any case, delivery will not exceed 30 calendar days from order confirmation. The Company shall not be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or customs authorities.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The customer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law. The conditions and procedures for exercising this right are detailed in our Return and Refund Policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective or non-conforming products.

8. Warranties
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a non-conforming product, it may be returned to the Company for replacement or refund.

9. Liability
The Company's liability may not be engaged for any inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet, including service interruption, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.

10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the courts of New Mexico shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
