Return & Refund Policy

Pantchain is committed to providing a clear and transparent return process for our customers in the United States.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for new, unused, and unopened products only.

Items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all tags, accessories, and inserts

Final sale items are not eligible for return.


2. Return Window

Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be eligible for return.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at contact@pantchain.com

  2. Include your order number

  3. State the reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is damaged

  • The wrong item was shipped

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Pantchain is not responsible for lost return packages.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
