How do I place an order?
Add the items you want to your cart, then follow the checkout steps: confirm your cart, enter your shipping details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your payment is validated.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible at contact@pantchain.com with your order number, and we'll do our best to make the change or cancel it before dispatch.
How do I track my order?
Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package until it arrives.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free worldwide on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
How long will delivery take?
Total delivery time is handling time plus transit time. Handling takes 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday), and standard delivery takes 4 to 7 business days.
These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or public holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the United States and internationally, with free shipping in both cases. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your return policy?
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, whether opened or sealed, as long as the product is in its original condition with no missing parts. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we charge no restocking fees.
How do I start a return?
Email us at contact@pantchain.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. We'll send return instructions and an authorization number. Items returned without prior authorization can't be accepted.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@pantchain.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund depending on the situation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Bancontact.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through a secure system, and your banking information is encrypted in line with current security standards. We never retain your payment data.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD), inclusive of all applicable taxes. No additional charges are applied at checkout.
My payment didn't go through. What should I check?
First, confirm your card details are correct and your card hasn't expired. If the problem continues, contact your bank or reach out to us at contact@pantchain.com.
