Every Pantchain chain is covered for life against failure under normal wear. If it gives out while you are simply wearing it, we replace it. No receipt hunting, no argument.

1. Who Is Covered

The guarantee applies to the original buyer, on any chain bought on pantchain.com. It has no expiry date and it is not conditional on registering the product. Your order number is enough.

2. What Is Covered

  • Links that open, bend out of shape or separate under normal wear.
  • Clasps, swivels and U-hooks that fail to close or hold.
  • Charms, pendants and connecting rings that detach on their own.
  • Plating that flakes or peels off during ordinary daily wear.

Normal wear means wearing the chain, sweating in it, travelling with it, throwing it in a bag. That is what it is built for.

3. What Is Not Covered

  • Loss or theft of the chain.
  • Deliberate damage, cutting, pulling apart or modifying the chain.
  • Damage from bleach, solvents, pool chemicals or industrial use.
  • Use as a load-bearing, climbing, towing or restraint device. These are fashion accessories, not safety hardware.
  • Gradual darkening of the finish after years of wear, which is normal on any plated metal.

4. How to Make a Claim

  1. Email contact@pantchain.com with your order number and a photo showing the failure.
  2. We confirm the claim within 1 business day.
  3. We ship a replacement of the same model, free, anywhere in the world. If the model is discontinued, we offer the closest equivalent or a full refund, your choice.

You do not need to send the broken chain back. The photo is enough. One replacement per claim, and we may decline claims that show a clear pattern of misuse.

5. This Is Not a Return Policy

The guarantee covers failure. If you simply changed your mind or the length doesn't work, that is a return: 30 days from delivery, return shipping paid by you, no restocking fee. See our Return Policy.

Your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, apply in full and are not affected by this guarantee. See our Conditions of Sale.
